Publication Ethics
Publication and authorship
Articles must contain bibliographical notes basement (at least 15) and a final bibliography (at least 10 references to books, studies, articles and other relevant sources);
Each paper submitted for publication will be verified in terms of plagiarism and fraudulent data;
The author assumes not propose to publish the same article in another publication, the definitive answer to the Editor.
Author’s responsibilities:
Authors are required to participate in peer-review process, according to the algorithm presented separately. They shall undertake to carry out the required corrections and deepening research as reviewers concludes;
All authors have significantly contributed to the research (at least 20% of research economy).
Peer review/responsibility for the reviewers:
The Editorial committee will ensure that reviewers are not in conflict of interest with the subject expertise, the authors of the research or research founders;
During the peer-review process, reviewers will not know the identity of the authors – and the authors will not know the identity of the experts.
Editorial responsibilities:
Editors have complete responsibility and authority to reject/accept an article. Editors should have no conflict of interest with respect to articles they reject/accept;
For errors identified in the peer-review, it will require correction or retraction;
Editors are responsible for keeping identity anonymous experts and authors on peer-review process.
Publishing ethics principles:
The Chief-editor is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the ethical integrity Editorial Board’s composition and work; same regarding the Scientific Board;
It will follow the implementation of the financial needs of the publication does not affect intellectual and ethical standards
Editor assumes publish corrections, clarifications, retractions and apologies when necessary.
