Publication and authorship: articles must contain bibliographical notes basement (at least 15) and a final bibliography (at least 10 references to books, studies, articles and other relevant sources); each paper submitted for publication will be verified in terms of plagiarism and fraudulent data; the author assumes not propose to publish the same article in another publication.
Author’s responsibilities:
Authors are required to participate in the peer-review process, according to the algorithm presented separately. They shall undertake to carry out the required corrections and deepening research as reviewers conclude; all authors have significantly contributed to the research (at least 20% of the research economy). Peer review/responsibility for the reviewers:
The Editorial Committee will ensure that reviewers are not in conflict of interest with the subject expertise, the authors of the research or research founders; during the peer-review process, reviewers will not know the identity of the authors – and the authors will not know the identity of the experts.

Editors have complete responsibility and authority to reject/accept an article. editors should have no conflict of interest with respect to articles they reject/accept; for errors identified in the peer-review, it will require correction or retraction; editors are responsible for keeping identity anonymous experts and authors in the peer-review process.
