Agenda HSTAPA 2025

Thank you for your interest in our academic event!

We would like to thank you for taking part in the event organized by us! It is an honour to continue our collaboration and/or to initiate new partnerships in a field that has applicability across such a wide range of areas.

• The in-person session will take place on November 7, 2025 (starting at 9:00 a.m. – participants` registration), while the online presentations will be held on November 8, 2025 (starting at 10:00 a.m.). 
• We kindly ask you to prepare your scientific communications in PowerPoint (.ppt) or poster format. The allotted presentation time is 7 minutes, followed by a Q&A session,  for the participants. Keynote speakers will have 15 minutes, followed by a Q&A session. Depending on the panel for which you have registered, as specified in the Registration Form, our panel coordinators  (names within the link Panels – HSTAPA Conference) will contact you to request the submission of your presentations. The deadline for the submission of the scientific communications in PowerPoint (.ppt) or poster format will be announced in due course. Subsequently, during the week preceding the conference, my colleagues will send you the access links, corresponding to each panel.
• For in-person participants, we have published on the website the links, addresses, and photographs of the ASTRA County Library in Sibiu (https://bjastrasibiu.ro/) the venue of the conference, as well as of the restaurant Împăratul Romanilor (https://sibiu.imparatulromanilor.ro/en/), where the lunch will be served. We kindly ask in-person participants to inform us if they would prefer a vegetarian menu. Additionally, there is a parking area located just a two-minute walk from the ASTRA Library building (https://sibiucityapp.ro/places/parcare-cazarma-90-ya6n4wpufnmttg).   
• For participants attending online only, a dedicated link will be provided on November 7, 2025, enabling them to listen to and interact with the five invited keynote speakers, https://conferences.ulbsibiu.ro/hstapa/hstapa-2025/keynote-speakers/
• Participants presenting their scientific papers in online panels, using the provided google meet link, shall receive their certificates of participation electronically. The issuance and transmission of these certificates shall be undertaken by the respective panel coordinators during the week following the conclusion of the conference.
