Instructions for Authors
The International Journal of Movement Science invites authors to submit original and unpublished manuscripts written in English. All submissions must present scientific research relevant to the fields of movement science, physical education, sport, health, and human performance.
All submitted manuscripts will undergo a rigorous peer-review process to ensure scientific quality, originality, and relevance to the conference scope.
Types of Contributions
Full Papers
Present original scientific research in a comprehensive format.
Requirements
- Length between 4 and 10 pages
- Written in English
- Must follow the official conference template
- Published in the Conference Proceedings (ISBN)
- Subject to peer-review
Structure
- Title, Author(s) name & affiliation
- Abstract & Keywords
- Introduction, Materials & Methods
- Results, Discussion & Conclusions
- References
Abstracts
Intended for authors who wish to present their research in oral or poster format.
Requirements
- Length between 200 and 300 words
- Written in English
- Must clearly describe the purpose, methodology, results, and conclusions
- Published in the Book of Abstracts (ISBN)
Poster Presentations
Provide an opportunity to visually present your research findings to the community.
Requirements
- Must present original research
- Include title, authors, affiliation, introduction, methods, results, and conclusions
- Accepted posters will be included in the Conference Companion Proceedings (ISBN)
General Requirements
- The work must be original and not previously published.
- The manuscript must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
- The manuscript must be written in clear academic English.
- Authors must follow the official conference formatting template.
- References must be formatted according to APA style.
- Authors are entirely responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the submitted work.
Peer-Review Process
All submissions will undergo a peer-review process conducted by qualified reviewers selected by the Scientific Committee. Only accepted and presented papers will be included in the Conference Proceedings.
