V\u00c4\u0192 rug\u00c4\u0192m s\u00c4\u0192 parcurge\u00c8\u203ai cu aten\u00c8\u203aie aceast\u00c4\u0192 politic\u00c4\u0192 de confiden\u00c8\u203aialitate, care con\u00c8\u203aine informa\u00c8\u203aii importante cu privire la protec\u00c8\u203aia datelor cu caracter personal, motivele \u00c8\u2122i modul \u00c3\u00aen care colect\u00c4\u0192m \u00c8\u2122i utiliz\u00c4\u0192m datele cu caracter personal \u00c8\u2122i v\u00c4\u0192 ofer\u00c4\u0192 informa\u00c8\u203aii referitoare la drepturile dumneavoastr\u00c4\u0192.<\/p>\r\n<p>Utilizarea datelor cu caracter personal pe care ni le-a\u00c8\u203ai transmis se face potrivit acestei politici de confiden\u00c8\u203aialitate sau potrivit inform\u00c4\u0192rii pe care a\u00c8\u203ai avut-o la dispozi\u00c8\u203aie \u00c3\u00aen momentul colect\u00c4\u0192rii lor.<\/p>\r\n<p>Securitatea tuturor datelor este un aspect foarte important. Deopotriv\u00c4\u0192, colect\u00c4\u0192m \u00c8\u2122i p\u00c4\u0192str\u00c4\u0192m datele cu caracter personal ca parte a procedurilor de acceptare a clien\u00c8\u203ailor \u00c8\u2122i de executare a contractelor, dar \u00c8\u2122i pentru \u00c3\u00aendeplinirea sarcinilor pro-bono \u00c8\u2122i de onoare pe care ni le-am asumat sau pe care le consider\u00c4\u0192m rezonabile.<br \/>Este posibil ca, pentru anumite servicii sau activit\u00c4\u0192\u00c8\u203ai, s\u00c4\u0192 colect\u00c4\u0192m \u00c8\u2122i categorii speciale de date cu caracter personal, atunci c\u00c3\u00a2nd ob\u00c8\u203ainem consim\u00c8\u203a\u00c4\u0192m\u00c3\u00a2ntul, \u00c3\u00aen scris, prin mijloace informatice sau c\u00c3\u00a2nd el este f\u00c4\u0192cut public \u00c3\u00aen mod manifest, precum \u00c8\u2122i atunci c\u00c3\u00a2nd legea ne oblig\u00c4\u0192.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Ce date cu caracter personal colect\u00c4\u0192m<\/strong><br \/>Datele colectate difer\u00c4\u0192 de la caz la caz. Cel mult colect\u00c4\u0192m numele \u00c8\u2122i prenumele persoanei de contact, denumirea organiza\u00c8\u203aiei, func\u00c8\u203aia, num\u00c4\u0192rul de telefon, adresa de e-mail, adresa po\u00c8\u2122tal\u00c4\u0192, data, ora \u00c8\u2122i alte eventuale detalii de contact, care s\u00c4\u0192 ne ajute s\u00c4\u0192 \u00c8\u203ainem minte contextul interac\u00c8\u203aiunii cu noi.<br \/>Nu dorim s\u00c4\u0192 colect\u00c4\u0192m codul numeric personal \u00c8\u2122i nici alte date numerice unice atribuite de c\u00c4\u0192tre stat, astfel \u00c3\u00aenc\u00c3\u00a2t facem asta doar dac\u00c4\u0192 legea ne oblig\u00c4\u0192 \u00c8\u2122i \u00c3\u00aentotdeauna cu m\u00c4\u0192suri de securitate adecvate. Dac\u00c4\u0192 \u00c3\u00aen mod incidental astfel de date ajung la cuno\u00c8\u2122tin\u00c8\u203aa noastr\u00c4\u0192, le \u00c8\u2122tergem imediat.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Cum utiliz\u00c4\u0192m datele cu caracter personal<\/strong><br \/>Datele cu caracter personal referitoare la contacte pot fi consultate de c\u00c4\u0192tre membrii echipei sibiu-labour-law-conference.ro doar \u00c3\u00aen m\u00c4\u0192sura \u00c3\u00aen care este strict necesar pentru ini\u00c8\u203aierea \u00c8\u2122i men\u00c8\u203ainerea leg\u00c4\u0192turii cu persoanele de contact \u00c3\u00aen cauz\u00c4\u0192, pentru executarea contractelor, pentru g\u00c4\u0192zduirea sau facilitarea g\u00c4\u0192zduirii evenimentelor, precum \u00c8\u2122i \u00c3\u00aen alte scopuri care decurg din obliga\u00c8\u203aiile izvor\u00c3\u00a2te din legi, contracte sau uzan\u00c8\u203ae cinstite.<br \/>Lu\u00c4\u0192m \u00c3\u00aen considerare contextul \u00c3\u00aen care datele cu caracter personal au fost colectate, \u00c3\u00aen special \u00c3\u00aen ceea ce prive\u00c8\u2122te rela\u00c8\u203aia dintre persoanele vizate \u00c8\u2122i noi, precum \u00c8\u2122i posibilele consecin\u00c8\u203ae asupra persoanelor vizate.<br \/>Public\u00c4\u0192m date cu caracter personal ale persoanelor care le fac publice \u00c3\u00aen mod manifest, precum \u00c8\u2122i ale unor persoane cu privire la activitatea c\u00c4\u0192rora inform\u00c4\u0192m comunitatea sibiu-labour-law-conference.ro.<br \/>Transmitem invita\u00c8\u203aii la evenimentele \u00c8\u2122tiin\u00c8\u203aifice organizate de <strong>CONFERIN\u00c5\u00a2A INTERNA\u00c5\u00a2IONAL\u00c4\u201a DE DREPTUL MUNCII (Sibiu Labour Law Conference)<\/strong><br \/><br \/><\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Scopurile prelucr\u00c4\u0192rii datelor cu caracter personal<\/strong><br \/>Prelucr\u00c4\u0192m datele cu caracter personal pentru dezvoltarea serviciilor noastre, pentru oferirea c\u00c4\u0192tre persoanele de contact a informa\u00c8\u203aiilor despre noi \u00c8\u2122i gama noastr\u00c4\u0192 de servicii \u00c8\u2122i facilit\u00c4\u0192\u00c8\u203ai. Fire\u00c8\u2122te, le utiliz\u00c4\u0192m \u00c8\u2122i pentru punerea la dispozi\u00c8\u203aie a datelor cu caracter personal c\u00c4\u0192tre membrii echipei <strong>CONFERIN\u00c5\u00a2A INTERNA\u00c5\u00a2IONAL\u00c4\u201a DE DREPTUL MUNCII (Sibiu Labour Law Conference) <\/strong>\u00c3\u00aen scopul prest\u00c4\u0192rii serviciilor contractate \u00c8\u2122i oferirii de noi servicii \u00c8\u2122i facilit\u00c4\u0192\u00c8\u203ai, precum \u00c8\u2122i \u00c3\u00aen scopul onor\u00c4\u0192rii promisiunilor f\u00c4\u0192cute \u00c8\u2122i angajamentelor (necontractuale) asumate.<br \/>Prelucr\u00c4\u0192m datele cu caracter personal \u00c8\u2122i pentru a adresa invita\u00c8\u203aii la evenimente cu caracter \u00c8\u2122tiin\u00c8\u203aific, adresate profesioni\u00c8\u2122tilor.<br \/>Colect\u00c4\u0192m \u00c8\u2122i date personale \u00c3\u00aen scop de recrutare, doar pe baz\u00c4\u0192 de consim\u00c8\u203a\u00c4\u0192m\u00c3\u00a2nt.<br \/>La fel ca oricine, suntem supu\u00c8\u2122i obliga\u00c8\u203aiilor legale \u00c8\u2122i uzan\u00c8\u203aelor cinstite, astfel \u00c3\u00aenc\u00c3\u00a2t trebuie s\u00c4\u0192 \u00c8\u203ainem unele eviden\u00c8\u203ae, care nu vizeaz\u00c4\u0192 datele cu caracter personal, dar pot con\u00c8\u203aine date cu caracter personal, astfel \u00c3\u00aenc\u00c3\u00a2t sunt supuse acelora\u00c8\u2122i rigori de protec\u00c8\u203aie.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Temeiul legal pentru prelucrarea datelor cu caracter personal<\/strong><br \/>Prelucr\u00c4\u0192m datele cu caracter personal ale persoanelor de contact pe baza consim\u00c8\u203a\u00c4\u0192m\u00c3\u00a2ntului, contractului \u00c3\u00aencheiat cu noi sau uzan\u00c8\u203aelor cinstite, precum \u00c8\u2122i pentru executarea obliga\u00c8\u203aiilor noastre legale.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>P\u00c4\u0192strarea datelor<\/strong><br \/>Datele cu caracter personal vor fi p\u00c4\u0192strate de noi doar at\u00c3\u00a2t timp c\u00c3\u00a2t este necesar scopurilor prelucr\u00c4\u0192rii, precum \u00c8\u2122i, bine\u00c3\u00aen\u00c8\u203aeles, potrivit cerin\u00c8\u203aelor legale sau contractuale. \u00c3\u017dn lipsa unor astfel de cerin\u00c8\u203ae, perioada de p\u00c4\u0192strare a eviden\u00c8\u203aelor \u00c8\u2122i a documentelor justificative pentru servicii nu ar trebui s\u00c4\u0192 dep\u00c4\u0192\u00c8\u2122easc\u00c4\u0192 10 ani.<br \/>\u00c3\u017dn cazul datelor cu caracter personal \u00c3\u00aen scop de recrutare, p\u00c4\u0192str\u00c4\u0192m datele cu caracter personal doar cel mult 30 de zile de la \u00c3\u00aenchiderea procedurii de recrutare, pentru a putea r\u00c4\u0192spunde candida\u00c8\u203ailor.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Securitatea prelucr\u00c4\u0192rii datelor cu caracter personal<\/strong><br \/>M\u00c4\u0192surile noastre de securitate, at\u00c3\u00a2t cele tehnice c\u00c3\u00a2t \u00c8\u2122i cele organizatorice, protejeaz\u00c4\u0192 at\u00c3\u00a2t informa\u00c8\u203aiile noastre c\u00c3\u00a2t \u00c8\u2122i informa\u00c8\u203aiile despre contacte, datele cu caracter personal \u00c8\u2122i alte date importante. Preocuparea pentru detectarea, investigarea \u00c8\u2122i rezolvarea amenin\u00c8\u203a\u00c4\u0192rilor la adresa securit\u00c4\u0192\u00c8\u203aii este permanent\u00c4\u0192. Aloc\u00c4\u0192m resurse logistice \u00c8\u2122i financiare semnificative \u00c3\u00aen acest sens.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Drepturile persoanelor vizate<\/strong><br \/>\u00c3\u017dn lipsa unor dispozi\u00c8\u203aii legale care s\u00c4\u0192 le circumstan\u00c8\u203aieze, ave\u00c8\u203ai urm\u00c4\u0192toarele drepturi \u00c3\u00aen leg\u00c4\u0192tur\u00c4\u0192 cu prelucrarea datelor dumneavoastr\u00c4\u0192 cu caracter personal: dreptul de a solicita o copie a datelor cu caracter personal referitoare la dumneavoastr\u00c4\u0192 pe care le de\u00c8\u203ainem; dreptul la rectificarea oric\u00c4\u0192ror date cu caracter personal incorecte sau incomplete; dreptul la opozi\u00c8\u203aie sau la restric\u00c8\u203aionarea utiliz\u00c4\u0192rii de c\u00c4\u0192tre noi a datelor dumneavoastr\u00c4\u0192 cu caracter personal; dreptul de a v\u00c4\u0192 retrage consim\u00c8\u203a\u00c4\u0192m\u00c3\u00a2ntul pentru prelucrarea datelor prelucrate pe baz\u00c4\u0192 de consim\u00c8\u203a\u00c4\u0192m\u00c3\u00a2nt; dreptul la \u00c8\u2122tergerea datelor dumneavoastr\u00c4\u0192 cu caracter personal, \u00c3\u00aen situa\u00c8\u203aiile \u00c3\u00aen care v-a\u00c8\u203ai retras consim\u00c8\u203a\u00c4\u0192m\u00c3\u00a2ntul, prelucrarea nu mai este necesar\u00c4\u0192 sau prelucrarea respectiv\u00c4\u0192 este contrar\u00c4\u0192 legii; dreptul la portabilitatea datelor ce v\u00c4\u0192 permite s\u00c4\u0192 primi\u00c8\u203ai o copie a datelor prelucrate pe care le-am primit de la dumneavoastr\u00c4\u0192 sau s\u00c4\u0192 le transmitem unei alte entit\u00c4\u0192\u00c8\u203ai indicate de dumneavoastr\u00c4\u0192; dreptul de a v\u00c4\u0192 retrage consim\u00c8\u203a\u00c4\u0192m\u00c3\u00a2ntul pentru prelucr\u00c4\u0192rile efectuate pe baz\u00c4\u0192 de consim\u00c8\u203a\u00c4\u0192m\u00c3\u00a2nt.<br \/>Pentru exercitarea drepturilor este nevoie s\u00c4\u0192 ne asigur\u00c4\u0192m c\u00c4\u0192 solicit\u00c4\u0192rile provin de la persoanele vizate. V\u00c4\u0192 rug\u00c4\u0192m s\u00c4\u0192 ne aduce\u00c8\u203ai la cuno\u00c8\u2122tin\u00c8\u203a\u00c4\u0192 solicit\u00c4\u0192rile dumneavoastr\u00c4\u0192, \u00c3\u00aen orice modalitate care este asigur\u00c4\u0192toare cu privire la identitatea solicitantului \u00c8\u2122i \u00c3\u00aendrept\u00c4\u0192\u00c8\u203airea lui. V\u00c4\u0192 vom r\u00c4\u0192spunde ne\u00c3\u00aent\u00c3\u00a2rziat. Dac\u00c4\u0192 sunte\u00c8\u203ai nemul\u00c8\u203aumit, ave\u00c8\u203ai posibilitatea s\u00c4\u0192 v\u00c4\u0192 adresa\u00c8\u203ai ANSPDCP.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Situa\u00c8\u203aii speciale<\/strong><br \/><strong>Utilizatori \u00c3\u00aenregistra\u00c8\u203ai<\/strong><br \/>Utilizatorii \u00c3\u00aenregistra\u00c8\u203ai sunt persoanele care au creden\u00c8\u203aiale de acces (logare) pe sibiu-labour-law-conference.ro \u00c8\u2122i\/sau subdomeniile sibiu-labour-law-conference.ro.
