All the submitted papers will be
peer reviewed by
minimum two experts
from the selected field members of the
International Scientific Committee.
Maximum number of accepted papers per author
/ coauthor is TWO.
After the NOTIFICATION
OF PAPER ACCEPTANCE authors must submit the following
documents:
| 1. DOCX file of the paper(s); | |
| 2. DOCX file of the extended abstract(s); | |
| 3. License agreement(s) signed by at least one author. |

A paper will be published online with open-access in MATEC Web of Conferences, only if it is presented at the conference.
The extended abstract of the paper (up to one page) will be published in the Book of Abstracts, digital format.
