The general theme of the international scientific conference is represented by economics, organization and knowledge based management.

Addressing all the fields of management, the International Conference pointed to the research progress, based on interdisciplinary and on the collaboration of scientists, promising a positive climate that will stimulate, encourage and mobilize all the inventiveness and creativity.
Conference aim
International Scientific Conference intends to respond to improvement need of the culture and knowledge management from Romania. The aim of the international scientific conference organized by the Management Academic Society in Romania branch office of Sibiu and “Lucian Blaga” University of Sibiu is to create a framework of professional debate with the participation of internal and external experts, researchers and decision makers in order to identify and analyse trends, risks and opportunities from economics, organization and knowledge based management.
