Refereed proceedings will be published in General Mathematics http://depmath.ulbsibiu.ro/genmath/ . Deadline of the fulltext paper submission is June 30, 2016. The full version of the accepted papers must be typeset in LaTeX and sent by e-mail (conf.icata@ulbsibiu.ro).
