Final details for online meetings and presentations

Please consider the following final details related to the ICDD 2021 conference.

Each presenter is allocated 20 minutes in the conference program (approximately 15 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for discussions and questions). Questions will be asked after each presentation.

In the Multimedia Poster Session each presenter is allocated 15 minutes in the conference program (approximately 10 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for discussions and questions) Questions will be asked after each presentation.

Anyone who wants to ask a question after a presentation must chat her name and the word "question". The chair of each section will manage the questions section after each presentation, giving the floor in turn to those who have registered for the questions section.

All participants are advised to turn on their camera when using the microphone (presenting or asking or answering a question during the conference sections).

Please turn off the microphone when not in use.

ICDD Best Students' Paper Award

Thanks to our sponsors, this year the ICDD best students' paper award will be presented again for the best article/articles written by undergraduate and master's students. All articles eligible for a G1 grant will participate in the competition for this award.

Attendance without registered papers is free, because we want to encourage the participation of young researchers and students from all over the world.

After completing this form, you will receive, before 4 Nov. 2021, by email, the link to the conference meet.
