Fee guidelines

Due to the support of our sponsors, there are grants available for bachelor and master students, that cover the fee for participation to the conference. Please see the details below.

Regular fee: 200 EU
Regular fee is considered for each accepted paper and covers participation of one of the authors to all sections as well as the conference materials.

Available grants:

G1 grants:
Articles whose authors are all students from bachelor or master level could get a G1 grant.
All students who are authors of a paper that receive a G1 grant and the supervisor mentioned in the Acknowledgement section of the paper (if any) can participate for free to the conference.
If there are many authors of an article who want to participate to the conference, all of them must apply for a G1 grant.
A G1 grant covers: participation to all sections, conference materials, conference proceedings, coffee breaks during the conference and the publication of the paper in the conference proceedings.
In order to obtain a G1 grant, the authors must send an official proof of their status (bachelor or master students in the academic year 2024-2025) to the conference email address after the registration. The original official proof must be presented at the registration desk of the conference.
A confirmation of receiving a G1 grant will be given in about one week after sending the article and the proof of authors' status.

G2 grants:
Articles whose authors are all students, but at least one of them is a PhD student, could get a G2 grant.
A G2 grant covers 50% of the regular fee.
In order to obtain a G2 grant, an official proof of the status of  authors (PhD students in the academic year 2024-2025) must be send to the conference email address, after the registration of the paper. If there are many authors of an article who want to participate to the conference, all of them must apply for a G2 grant.
A G2 grant covers: participation to all sections, conference materials, conference proceedings, coffee breaks during the conference for one author (PhD student) and the publication of the paper in the conference proceedings.
A confirmation of receiving a G2 grant will be given in about one week after sending the article and the proof of authors' status.

Application for a G1 or G2 grant must be done after the registration process, via email to conf.icdd@ulbsibiu.ro
Accommodation, travel and meal costs have to be supported by each participant.
