Paper format
Authors can submit full papers (12-15+ pages of around 400 words each) and short papers (6-8+ pages of around 400 words each).
Authors are encouraged to submit full papers (12 to 15+ pages in the LNCS/CCIS one-column page format), which do present substantial novel research achievements.

We kindly ask you to notify us if you used the template from Overleaf. With this respect, please send us an email on the conference address, after uploading the final archive. The subject of the email must be: USING OVERLEAF and the content must be the title of the article.
You must upload a ZIP file including all source files, the document with list of responses to the referees and the final pdf.
Checklist for uploading the camera-ready version of your paper, after final acceptance::
- Papers must be prepared according to the LNCS/LNAI/CCIS template of Springer without page numbers.
- You must upload a ZIP file including:
- A signed Copyright Form (**PDF format**). The corresponding author must sign the form on behalf of all of the authors of a particular paper, having gained their permission to do so. He or she signs for and accepts responsibility for releasing the material on behalf of any and all co-authors.
- The final version of your paper (all source files and the final pdf)
- A document stating the changes performed taking into account the reviews using the MDIS 2019 conference management system.
The corresponding author must be available to check the paper before it is published. Please note that once a paper has been delivered to Springer, changes relating to the authorship of the paper cannot be made. Authors' names cannot be added or deleted, their order cannot be changed, and the corresponding author cannot be altered.
