Original papers, selected after the review process and presented within the conference will be included in a post - conference proceedings, published by Springer Verlag in the series Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS).

Submitted papers will undergo a double blind peer review process undertaken by at least 3 independent reviewers.

Authors are encouraged to submit full papers, which do present substantial novel research achievements. The majority of papers to be published in MDIS 2020 CCIS proceedings will be full papers (12-15 pages of around 400 words each in the LNCS/CCIS one-column page format); short papers (6-8 pages of around 400 words each in the LNCS/CCIS one-column page format) could only occupy a small fraction of proceedings.

At least one of the authors is required to register and present the paper (in person to the conference or online) in order to include the paper in the conference proceedings.
