Registration and Presentation Guidelines for MDIS 2024
- At least one of the authors must register, pay the applicable fee, and actively participate in the conference to present the accepted paper(s). Presenting the paper(s) at the conference is a mandatory requirement for their inclusion in the conference proceedings.
- A single registration fee allows an author to register two accepted papers, along with a possible different list of co-authors, for presentation at the conference.
- One registration fee permits only one author to attend the conference, regardless of the number of accepted papers (one or two).

Details about the fee payment will be sent by email after acceptance.
* The conference is designed as an on-site event. However, under special circumstances such as challenges in obtaining a visa or significant travel difficulties for participants from continents other than Europe, individuals may request online registration. The request should be documented precisely, explaining the reasons for the online presentation requirement. After careful analysis by the organizing committee, if the request is accepted, the participant can proceed to pay the fee for online presentation. The conference program will include a maximum of one online session.
