Payment Information
- At least one author of each accepted paper must register, pay the applicable fee, and present the paper at the conference. Presentation at the conference is a mandatory requirement for publication in the proceedings volume (subject to acceptance after the review process) or in journals recommended by the organizers.
- One full registration fee allows an author to present up to two accepted papers, which may include different sets of co-authors.
- One registration fee covers the participation of only one author at the conference, regardless of the number of accepted papers (one or two).
MDIS 2026 Fees
- Regular Sessions: 300 EUR
- *Special Online Participation (approved registration): 250 EUR
Details regarding payment will be communicated by email after acceptance.
* The conference is primarily an on-site event. However, under exceptional circumstances, such as visa-related difficulties or significant travel constraints for participants from outside Europe, online participation may be requested. Such requests must be formally justified and will be subject to approval by the Organizing Committee. If approved, the participant may proceed with the online registration fee. The conference program will include a limited number of online sessions.
Payment of the registration fee should be made to the conference accounts in EUR or RON (at the official exchange rate at the time of payment).

After payment:
Please send a scanned copy or proof of the payment to the conference organizers by email.
