Conference Participation Fee includes: coffee breaks, lunch, Cocktail, conference bag, Conference Programme+Abstracts volume (ISBN), Conference Proceedings (ISBN) on memory stick.

*Please note that the crucial factor for the reduced Low GDP fee is not the country of origin but the country of residence. For registration at Low GDP level of fee, please send us a copy of your ID proving residence (pdf or jpg format). As grounds for determing the GDP status of a country, the World bank data for 2016- GDP per capita was used. The threshold for low-GDP country status is an annual per capita GDP which is lower than 71% of the GDP of the total EU (less than $ 22,761 US).

The only countries eligible for the low GDP (Gross Domestic Product) reduction are: African countries Asian countries (with following exceptions: Bahrain, Brunei Darussalam, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, Republic of Korea, Kuwait, Macau SAR, Qatar, Singapore, UAE) Latin American countries (exception: Bahamas) and the following countries in wider Europe: Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Greece, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, FYR of Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia,Turkey and Ukraine. Delegates from all other countries need to register as Delegates from high GDP Countries.

Delegate registration fees does not provide any insurance cover. Cancellation of registration can be requested only in written form, via email (conf.isatt@ulbsibiu.ro). Refunding of the conference fee is accepted, as follows: before March 1st - 100% refund less 50EUR, April 1st - 75% refund less 50EUR, May 1st - 50% refund, less 50EUR, after May 1st - no refund available, but an alternative delegate name may be provided in writing, so that booking and fee can be allocated to the new delegate. Accomodation can be cancelled directly to the hotel that has accepted reservation, according to each hotel policy. Social programme - social activities that have been booked directly on the website can not be managed by the organizers - Gala Dinner reservation/payment can be cancelled and refunding policy for the registration fee will also apply to Gala Dinner and/or requested publishing in indexed journal.

All the information provided at registration will be used exclusively for this purpose: registration and attending the conference. By registering you confirm on accepting to using the data for this purpose. However, while attending the conference, your image or voice might be recorded via video or photograph which might be distributed or published in this context.
